Hiring 10 contributors!

FightToWrite is a rapidly growing and innovative group, we constantly strive to be more than an art submission group and really give our writers and members something worth having. We've already made significant steps towards this goal by introducing our Writer's Clinics to give advice and critiques; an efficient and constructive critiques system and weekly themes. The critique system has had massive success and our administrators are now critiquing every piece of work as fast as possible to get meaningful feedback back to the writers.

As I'm sure you'll agree, these steps are good but not good enough for us, we could do so much more if we had the resources. Work could be critiqued faster, more could be invited to the group and we would have the scope to do more competitions and initiatives. Therefore, I am pleased to announce the hiring of 10 contributors to push our group forward.

• Excellent English skills and computer literacy
• Dedicated and active enough to spend at least 4 hours per week on FightToWrite
